What BKK Songkran is

BKK Songkran is an independent, fan-run information guide for Songkran 2026 in Bangkok. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any festival organiser, venue, ticketing company, hotel, transport operator, or the Thai government. We do not sell tickets or book accommodation.

Accuracy of information

We make every effort to keep event information, lineups, dates, venues, and transport details accurate. However:

Lineups, dates, and venues can change without notice — always verify with official festival sources before purchasing tickets or making travel arrangements
Road closure and transport information is based on historical patterns and announced plans — confirm with Thai authorities closer to the dates
The AI guide (Nong) provides general information and may occasionally be inaccurate — do not rely on it as a sole source for safety-critical decisions

User conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish content without permission
Use the AI guide to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
Interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure

Intellectual property

All original content on BKK Songkran — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by BKK Songkran. Festival names, artist names, and event branding are property of their respective owners and are referenced for informational purposes only under fair use. If you are a rights holder with a concern, please reach out via the site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BKK Songkran and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Reliance on information published on the Site
Decisions made based on AI guide responses
Festival cancellations, lineup changes, or venue closures
Personal injury, loss, or theft during the festival
Disruption to transport or road access during Songkran
